Payment of Fees

1) Fees: Bi-monthly collection
Main mode of payment for swim fees & assessment fees: GIRO
Other mode of payment for swim fees & assessment fees: Internet transfer / Paynow. No cash payments

2) Children’s Swimming (GIRO Discount)

Join Date on or before 31 Dec 2025 ($5 monthly discount): $218.00

Join Date from 1 Jan 2026 ($10 monthly discount): $240.00

GIRO deductions are made on the 25th of every even month.

A $10.90 administrative fee will be charged for every failed GIRO deduction. This administrative fee also applies to failed GIRO deductions for assessment fees.

3) Children’s Swimming (Internet transfer / Paynow)

Fees payment via Internet transfer / Paynow will be from 5th to 20th of every even month. A late payment fee of $10.00 + $0.90 (GST) will be applicable for fees received after 20th of every even month. Course fees via Paynow after the 20th of the even month will be $270.90 incl 9% GST per student

4) Adults’ Swimming (Internet transfer / Paynow)

5) Ladies’ Swimming (Internet transfer / Paynow)

6) Your / your child’s swim slot will be released if fees are not received by the 28th to 31st of the even month, and the deposit will be forfeited as it will be treated as a withdrawal. A new $50 deposit per child will be required for re-registration.

7) All bookings and registrations, including swimming fees, are final upon confirmation and payment. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-postponable, and not eligible for pro-rated refunds or adjustments under any circumstances.

8) The course fees are exclusive of any test fees and entrance fees, which, if applicable, shall be borne by the students.

9) For students participating in the swimming classes at ActiveSG pools, please ensure that he / she is registered as a supplementary account of the parent prior to the start of the lesson.

10) We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time as we may deem appropriate. Any changes will take effect with reasonable prior notice.

Registration & Withdrawal

1) All students shall pay a one-time deposit of $50.00.

2) At least 1 month's prior written notice (paid lessons) is required for withdrawal. Withdrawal form submitted before the 5th will take effect at the end of the same month; submissions on or after the 5th will take effect at the end of the following month.

3) The deposit will be refunded after the 1-month notice period, provided that there are no outstanding fees.

4) Temporary suspension is not permitted and fees remain payable unless the student has formally withdrawn. Upon withdrawal, any unclaimed replacement lessons unused fees or unredeemed referral credits will be forfeited afert the last lesson.

5) Fees will not be refunded for unused lessons due to foreseen circumstances or epidemic outbreaks.

Replacement Lessons:

1) Replacement lessons are available for active students who miss class due to illness or travel, with a valid medical certificate or official travel document submitted. All replacement lessons are subject to approval.

2) NO lessons on public holidays, eve of New Year, Christmas & Chinese New Year. Lessons faling on these dates will not be replaced and fees remain payable as charged.

3) NO lessons will be held during the 5th week of the month. Please refer to the swimming calendar for details.

4) Replacement lessons apply only if the entire class is cancelled due to an official pool closure caused by bad weather conditions (Eg: if the pool closes from 2.45pm to 3.45pm, the 3pm class will receive a replacement lesson)

5) No replacement lesson will be given if the pool remains open or if the closure occurs midway through the class. (E.g., if the pool is closed from 2.45pm to 3.15pm, the 3pm class will continue and no replacement will be provided)

6) The validity period for the replacement lesson is 1 month from the date of the affected lesson.

Others:

1) Photographs and video-recording may be taken during training and assessments and may be used by the school for training and advertising purposes.

2) The swim school reserves all rights to terminate a student's enrolment for non-payment, non-compliance of the terms and conditions or disruptive behaviour.

3) The swim school does not tolerate any verbal abuse towards staff and reserves all rights to terminate the swim lessons with immediate effect.

4) The swim school reserves all rights to postpone the start date of new classes in the event if the class size does not meet the minimum capacity and requirements.

5) The swim school reserves the rights to postpone new classes if minimum enrolment is not met.

6) The swim school reserves all rights to assign a relief coach if the regular coach is unavailable.

7) The swim school reserves the right to reshuffle students and/or reassign coaches for operational purposes.

8) Students must remain actively registered with the swim school to participate in the swim assessment.

9) The class size ratio will be as follows: -

Stage 1: 8 students per coach
Stage 2 to SwimFaster: 10 students per coach

yuu Members:

All payments made are final and non-refundable and are not eligible for transfers, pro-rated refunds, or adjustments. yuu Points will only be issued after successful payment has been received and verified in accordance with the agreed crediting process. In the event of withdrawal from the FCA programme, termination will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Indemnity:

I acknowledge and agree that FITNESS CHAMPS AQUATICS PTE LTD shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury caused to me / my child/ward in connection with my / my child's/ward's participation in the swimming programme. I agree to indemnify the staff / officials of FITNESS CHAMPS AQUATICS PTE LTD for any claims, losses and damages brought against FITNESS CHAMPS AQUATICS PTE LTD arising from my child's/ward's participation. I also agree to abide by the above terms and conditons, including any amendments made from time to time.
